At the top of my list is customer satisfaction. I know what you’re thinking – everybody says that. But we’re committed to it, and I think the awards and reviews we continue to get for exceptional service show that.
Both of these honors are based on customer feedback, so we think that’s a good indication as to how we’re doing in terms of service. You might also note we’ve gotten lots of five-star ratings from our customers. Someone recently asked me what I attributed that to.
“Just what is it that makes Window Outfitters, Inc. stand out from other replacement window companies?”
I think in part it is the quality of the products we sell. They perform well over time, so our customers know they’ve purchased a good product when they see how well it stands up to years of use. But I think what’s even more important is the quality of the installation our crews do. Our installers stay current in state-of-the-art window technology, and they’re continually upgrading their skills by taking advantage of training and information offered by the manufacturers we work with.
I tell people you can buy an average window and have a great installation, and that will give you a good window. On the other hand, you can buy the best window on the market, but a bad installation means all you’ve got is a bad window. Yes, the quality of the window is important, but it’s how well those windows are put in that is going to matter in the long run. We offer quality windows AND quality installation, and it’s the combination of the two that keeps us at the top.
Also, I think we’ve got an advantage that most other replacement window companies don’t, and that is the number of different window lines we have available for customers to select from. Most window contractors work with one or maybe two different companies.
We offer 7 different window lines so we can offer the best window solution for each home, since no one window works for everybody. Depending on your budget as well as other issues such as the type of window and maintenance needs, we offer vinyl, wood, wood clad, and fiberglass windows from several companies. Why not just one or two? Because we’ve found that each company tends to have a window style they excel at. So if you’re looking for a casement window we might recommend one company, but if it’s a slider we might suggest another.
Ultimately what we’re after is finding the best window solution for each customer, no matter what their needs are. And I think the manufacturers we work with allow us to cover just about anything.
If my sales staff, installation crews and I can be of service to you when it’s time for new windows, exterior doors, siding, and other exterior home remodeling, please give us a call. We sure would look forward to adding you to our list of satisfied customers!
