From measurement to installation, Tom was a gem! He was very thorough, professional and efficient. He answered all of our questions and ensured we were ready for inspection. We have ProVia entry & storm doors. Our storm door needed repair and the company we purchased them from is no longer in business. We were left to find  someone  to do the repairs. Luckily we found Window Outfitters and my call was answered by Bob Davis, President of the company.  He said he would be happy to help us and would put in a repair order. However a few days later Bob called and said he was in our area. He stopped by and fixed the door. This company is kind, caring and willing to help in any situation. We were very impressed with the whole process of selecting windows and a patio door (low pressure sales compared to other companies, no gimmicks to sign and put money down the first day they come for a consult/estimate - very much appreciated!), and the quality of the installation was top notch with very communicative and flexible installers.
