Hardie fiber cement siding products are exceptionally durable, and they’ve been engineered for specific climate conditions. Vinyl siding has been around for awhile, and when it first came out it was an inexpensive, maintenance-free alternative to wood siding. But it wasn’t very durable. Today’s modern vinyl siding has vastly improved, and the vinyl siding products we install are top of the line in terms of quality. They are very impact and wind resistant. Nothing adds elegance to a home’s exterior like stone, but genuine stone is expensive and requires a stone mason to install. We offer our customers a more economical and easier-to-install option with Versetta Stone® panelized stone veneer from Boral. (It’s shown in the home above as an accent at both the entry and flanking the garage door). It’s available in a number of different stone looks and colors, and it requires absolutely no maintenance. Its 50-year warranty is an indication of just how durable this product is.
And if you like the look, you’ll be pleased to know it can also be installed for interior applications, such as a fireplace surround. But mainly the way our customers choose to use it is like the homeowner in the project above – as an accent. We’ve also used it as a wrap for support pillars on porches and front entries.
