More often than not, there isn’t a problem at all. There is just too much humidity in the home and there is nowhere for it to go. Today’s modern homes are constructed with almost air-tight precision. That means no dry outside air moving through and no inside moist air moving out. Air can only hold so much moisture, and when it reaches a saturation point, it forms condensation, much like it rains or snows outside.
