Unlike many other industry accolades that result from peer review or input from professionals in the field, the Guildmaster Award is based on feedback from the customer. Years ago we chose to participate in Guild Quality (a voluntary membership), which means they submit a survey to each of our customers on completion of their project. Requirements for the award are:
We are honored by the confidence our customers place in us, and we also appreciate their willingness to participate in this program. We have consistently qualified for this award year after year. But we know that our continued success is not guaranteed based on past history; we must earn this award with each and every replacement window or other exterior remodeling project we do.
