That’s why it’s so gratifying for us when we receive accolades and acknowledgments like the award we just got from Guild Quality. We were just notified that we hit a milestone of 50 consecutive giving us great reviews.
We provide a survey to each customer once we’re finished with their project. The results of those surveyed get submitted to Guild Quality. In almost every category, those responding to the customer survey gave us a 99% rating. We’re glad to hear we’re hitting the mark with so many of our customers.
What is Guild Quality?
It is an independent company that gathers customer service surveys on behalf of contractors. They publish the results of those surveys as well as review ratings and comments. We’ve belonged to Guild Quality since 2009, because we believe potential customers should have an unbiased third party to go to when they’re checking us out. Sure, we could tell you why WE think you should hire us, but we’d prefer you heard it from homeowners like you who have had the opportunity to work with us.
And Guild Quality publishes the reviews and survey results they receive, both good and not so good. The input they’ve received from our customers has earned us the coveted Guildmaster Award for each year, beginning with 2010 and including 2016.
