From the President of Our Minneapolis Replacement Window Company: Customer Care in Light of COVID-19

As a company whose primary function is to come into people’s homes here in the Minneapolis area for home improvement projects such as replacement windows and exterior doors, we understand that you may have some concerns about the possibility of germs being transmitted.  While customer care has always been one of the most important things for us, in light of the recent spread of  COVID-19, we wanted our customers and prospective clients to know what our policies are and the steps we are taking to ensure your safety.  President Bob Davis issued this statement today.  (If you are an email subscriber, you have already gotten this message.  If you don’t get our email updates, please contact us to let us know you’d like to get on our list.)

We are Monitoring the Situation and Working to Provide for the Health and Safety of our Customers and Employees

Dear Friends,
We wanted to reach out today and assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers/friends as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees.
We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and as our sales team and installation crews are still taking care of our customers, I want to share facts about what we’re doing to support both our customers and employees. These steps include:

We have directed our in-house staff and on-site team members to take the preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to stay healthy and to stay home if they are not feeling well

Our teams have enhanced our rigorous hand washing protocols and social distancing

We are working closely with our partners to make sure we have additional equipment and supplies to take care of employees, and by extension, our customers

We are closely monitoring and following all guidelines set by the CDC, as well as other state and local public health officials, and will continue to implement any new measures that are instituted throughout our company

As the situation evolves, know we will be investing in our capabilities, equipment and support and reacting in real-time to make sure we are here supporting our customers through this. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.
