Our Customer Service Keeps Us at the Top Among Pella Installation Contractors
GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the award on behalf of Pella since 2012 to celebrate service excellence within the Pella Certified Contractor (PCC) program. Window Outfitters, Inc. was selected as one of the top three PCCs by GuildQuality and Pella for our superior delivery of customer care.
In granting awards, GuildQuality and Pella consider two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Window Outfitters achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90% from our customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
Says owner Bob Davis, “We pride our self on an outstanding record of quality service and attention to detail.” We get great direct feedback from many of our customers, but it’s really exciting to receive recognition like this from an independent organization.
