Home and garden show season is about to get underway, and that means spring is just around the corner! Even though it still feels and looks like winter outdoors, bring your family and come over to the Eisenhower Community Center in Hopkins on Sunday, February 24th. In no time you’ll feel like warmer weather is in the air.
This FREE annual event – sponsored by the Anoka communities such as Hopkins and Golden Valley, as well as community ed groups and corporate sponsors – is a free presentation and a good source of information on improving your home and garden, with a special emphasis on green living techniques and products. We’ll be there again this year, so please come see us in Booth 83.
What can you expect? If you’ve attended in years past, you know that the hall will be jam-packed with exhibitors of products and services to give you some project inspiration. Once again this year architects, landscape designers, and interior designers will be staffing an “Idea Center” where you can stop by with your project plans and ask for expert advice. Upstairs and downstairs in the Community Center there will also be a variety of seminars on everything from how to use online tools to plan your next project to tips on financing home remodeling to organic lawn care.
